If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a store credit.
Due to the pace of our business and because most of our item are custom-made, we are unable to do Returns and make changes to orders once they have been placed.
Items purchased from our store are eligible for store credit within 10 days of delivery receipt.
All item on sale are Final NO EXCEPTIONS!
All items must be returned for store credit must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with security tag and all other tags attached, preferably in the original plastic bag in order to receive a store credit.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for a store credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%.
Customers in the United States must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item to request a store credit.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, e-mail, and Order ID#. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a store credit for the items returned by email, minus the return shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any initial shipping charge. Or you can use the Returns FORM that was shipped with your order.
We’re happy that you love your items from us, and are happy to assist with exchanges if you need a different size/color/item/etc. You can exchange your item within 10 days of receipt.
